The Notification Builder (click screenshot to enlarge) enables notifications to be assembled, tested, and activated by the Business Subscriber or their designated marketing professional. The top pane has a large table that shows all the available notification messages that have been assembled and saved. The middle pane shows the notification under assembly. Just specify the entries as in any text and save. The bottom pane shows a notification text and browser window for the text and an image viewer for the attachment.

One can copy an existing text, modify it, and save it as a unique Notification.  Notifications can be set as Active, Inactive, Default, and Hidden. Active is what is ready to send. Inactive is a disabled Notification that is usually under development or already used. Hidden Notifications are notifications that are desired to be hidden since they were likely previously used. One can test the Notification to verify the finished Notification by setting their test phone # and depressing the Test button.

The View tab (click on screenshot to enlarge) is the default tab that shows the real time status of customers sent Notifications, Texts and Emails. Customers of a Subscriber Business are that status when they register and Favorite the business via the iPhone or Android Customer App.

The Customers tab (click screenshot to enlarge) provides a fully filterable view of all smartphone users sent Notifications, Texts, and Emails. Viewable columns over a number of different time frames where the columns can be hidden or rearranged as needed.

One can manually select detected smartphone users and set them in predefined groups if desired. However, this is never needed to facilitate the fully automatic operation.

The Setup tab (click screenshot to enlarge) manages many parameters for this app for viewing in the View tab and sending Notifications, Texts, and Emails (known as GeoAlerts). The Nuisance Time Period parameter is changeable here.

This tab also manages what the app does for a number of predefined groups. Groups can be ignored and thus not displayed or color coded into yellow, orange, or red View entries and even provide an audio alert for very important groups. The audio alerts can be quickly acknowledged and silenced with one mouse click.

The app also can ignore or send notifications, texts, and emails (aka GeoAlerts) based upon a Group. If this feature is never used, the full automatic function of sending GeoAlerts to registered customers is still operational.

The App also controls the GeoAlert Server (click screenshot to enlarge) for the Business Subscriber which resides on the MobileNexus Cloud.  The GeoAlert Server runs a service which essentially sends notifications, texts, and emails (aka GeoAlerts) to smartphone users who are actively nearby within a number of blocks or within a few minutes at hightway speeds. One can turn this service on and off via one mouse click. A nuisance period timer prevents smartphone users from getting GeoAlerts too often.

The GeoAlert Server is always accessible from the GeoAlert Server Control Panel (highlighed in a black box of the bottom pane on the screenshot) located on every tab at the bottom of the app window. Any authorized PC or tablet that runs this app can take control of the GeoAlert Server.

The DB Admin tab (click screenshot to enlarge) allows a Database Administrator or our Contract Services to manage the Business Subscriber’s MobileNexus database that resides in the MobileNexus Cloud.. It allows database and table creation, initialization, local and/or remote backup, local and/or remote restore, and deletion.

This tab also monitors all registered GeoAlert Servers in the system. Any changes in the GeoAlert Server status are immediately communicated via text or email to Business Subscriber management. It is only accessible from Super Admin and Admin security levels.

The Network Admin tab (click screenshot to enlarge) allows an IT Administrator or our Contract Services to manage the Business Subscriber’s MobileNexus internet connection to the MobileNexus Cloud. The Business Subscriber email account, text account, MobileNexus Cloud for the Business Subscriber, and Ethernet connection are all managed from this tab. It is only accessible from Super Admin and Admin security levels.

The User Accounts tab (click screenshot to enlarge) allows the Business Subscriber to designate any number of employees or contractors password protected access to this App. Four security access levels are: Super Admin for unlimited access, Admin for Network and database access, Manager for Notification, Text, and Email Builder access, and User for read-only access.

Any user account can also have limited timed access (such as for temporary employees or contractors) or disabled. Access is easily managed and changed from this tab by users with SuperAdmin or Admin level access only.

The My Account tab (click screenshot to enlarge) provides the means to manage the MobileNexus Business Subscriber account. Site location, contact, billing, subscriber signup, payment, software update, subscriber contract service info, system status, and service requests are all maintained in this tab. It is only accessible from Super Admin and Admin security levels.

The Management App (click splash screen screenshot to enlarge) is the Business Subscriber Tool that provides the full system monitoring function and determines sets which Notifications, Texts, and Emails to be sent to registered customers when they’re nearby (called GeoAlerts).

The Business Subscriber Promotions manager or their authorized MobileNexus Digital Marketing Partner can create, edit, and set Notification, Text, and Emails to reflect business promotions or other information to be sent to customers. This app can be simultaneously run on multiple Windows tablets or PCs with internet accessibility to the MobileNexus Cloud.  The app can also provide a measurement of success as feedback for all promotions.
